Express Basketball has been a part of the Spryfield and surrounding community since 1999. We pride ourselves on being a club which offers our communities of Spryfield and the surrounding loop to Sambro, an opportunity for youth to participate in a club with low registration costs, which includes fees for MBANS competitive play, uniforms, practice facilities and team building activities throughout the season.
We roster teams both highly competitive and developmental, so Athletes of all skill levels are welcome. Our club focuses on player development both in skill and attitude, and is committed to providing our Youth Athletes with an environment that supports their athletic and personal growth.
