Club Refund Policy

At Express Basketball, we recognize that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness to all players and families.

Refund Eligibility:

• Before Evaluations: Withdrawal requests made prior to evaluations are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. This fee covers registration processing and administrative costs incurred during enrollment.

• After Evaluations Begin: Once a player has attended evaluations, no refunds will be issued.

Why This Policy?

Evaluations play a key role in forming balanced, competitive teams. When a player withdraws after evaluations, it creates significant work behind the scenes—requiring us to reevaluate rosters, reassess team dynamics, and make potentially disruptive changes to team compositions. These adjustments can impact not only coaches and organizers but also the experience of other players. This policy helps us maintain a smooth and fair process for everyone involved.
